PS2 Rachet Deadlocked

5 stars (nice acorrding to the shows showing it.) - the ratchet and clank games may be for teens but im 11 so... who cares i have all 3 and beat all of them im a (genuis)but ever since this one came out, eyes came to mind!! i had to get this game but i dont have it yet ever since i heard about this game and the other 2 jak x and sly 3 i studied all of them and made sure that when i get them they will be great as i saw them on tv (nice)and good for my awesome gaming skills but even if i dont have the game i can still picture it in my head with me playing it, i give it a 4 out of 5. 5 stars (4 is more) - i have all four ratchet and clank games and i have beaten three of them including this one there all fun but i couldnt beat the first one. 4 stars (its a preaty dang good game) - i only played this game for an hour and a half but i got all the way to the third world. however i am a fanatic about this sort of game so in a way i am suprised that i didnt get further. the wepons are very good, i was very impressed by the dual vipers. most of the time i dont like gladiator sort of games but this one was made so superbly well u have to be insane not to like it. the two bots that u get, "Sarge" and "Green" if i remember corectly, are absolutly hilarios. sarge is the traditional sargent, hard core and straight to the point. green is just like a new recrute, he still has nightmares about what happened to there last owner. i will stop telling u the plotline now so that u an go out and get it for ur self and figure it out. its a great game, have fun dying. ...

Waking the Dead- The Glory of a Heart Fully Alive

2 stars (Try it at your own risk) - I certainly wouldn't be the first to question the wisdom of meddling with nature to the extent outlined in this book. Down the ages, commentators from Mary Shelley to George A. Romero have illustrated the potential negative consequences of achieving what this book shows you how to achieve; the "glory" can soon turn sour indeed. Credit is certainly due to the author for his revolutionary method of integrating the four "streams" to achieve a state of total animation. Now that this knowledge has been made so publicly available, though, we await with foreboding the terrible consequences for humanity... 5 stars (Waking the Dead) - This is a life changing book. It is very well written. The author is insightful and touches on how we can really live life. There are just a few books that I have read that have had a real impact on my life. This is one of them. I have the audio version and it likewise is terrific. 5 stars (Waking a Long Forgotten Heart) - I have had experiences with John Eldridge before in "Wild at Heart," but "Waking the Dead" awakens a many times forgotten side of Christianity. Eldridge brings to light the side of humans so often forced into hiding by society, sin, and religion. Jesus Christ came to sacrifice his all for our hearts which when turned over to Him offer a new depth to the Christian walk. Not only does the author offer therapy for a wounded spirit, but also he equips the reader with a strong exhortation in Christian warfare about which I often forget but about which Paul teaches us at the end of Ephesians. Live from your heart, but guard it as a fortress for God. All in all, this book deserves a read by any Christian looking for a new depth or perspective. Personally, I would recommend it for everyone! ...

5 stars (Makes reading a cookbook fun!) - There's a story behind every recipe, and this is hilarious book! My mother frowned upon the title, but couldn't put the book down. I'm buying several for Christmas presents. 5 stars (For All GRITS) - I laughed 'til I cried. It's a must read for all of us GRITS (Girls Raised In The South). I ordered more to give as gifts to all my Southern girlfriends! 3 stars (Funny at times but also a bit trite) - This book was fun to read in that it did a realistic comparison between the habits of bringing food to funerals in the south in that those of us who are from the south have actually eaten many of the foods described in the book. It is really part cookbook and part fun read, however, as much of the book is taken up with the recipes. After reading it, I passed it on to a friend who is from Nashville and who enjoys the southern culture and cooking. Enjoy it for a light read and a few laughs but know that it contains more recipes than anything else. ...

XB Land of the Dead- Road To Fiddler-s Green

1 stars (You should probably avoid this..) - Picked up this game tonight, and I must say that for an XBox title, this is totally unacceptible. The whole time I was thinking "I've seen these graphics before.. hmm.. where have I seen.. I've got it! Windows 3.1" My god, these are very horrible graphics. Might as well just say that it's a horrible game overall. Ammo everywhere, I'm pretty far into the game and haven't run out of ammo yet. I mean, come on, who leaves .22 rifle ammo in the sewer? The only turn that is a dead end.. predictable. There's a zombie on the ground, I bet he'll come to life. Oh! Look at that, he's walking. That's too predictable! I mean, I've seen that in Resident Evil: Code Veronica, scared the sh*t out of me, but in this case I would have to reconsider. Beware of this title, and don't get sucked in to it just because it has zombies or you will be furious with the waste. 4 stars (If you are a true Romero fan, buy this game!) - Don't listen to the haters, they don't know what they are talking about(for the most part). This is not supposed to be an Unreal Tournament or Halo killer. You are not going to be running around with weapons and ammo everywhere, slaughtering wave after wave of the undead, doing triple wall jumps and then finding a vehicle to shoot or run over the 5 or so zombies slowly walking towards you. This is a game based off George A. Romero's zombie universe. With that being said, this game hits the mark. It's you alone versus the growing army of the dead. Weapons are rare, ammuntion is sparse. How will you deal with those 5 zombies when you have a revolver with a few bullets and your trusty shovel? THAT is why this game hits the mark. It's a game that captures the atmosphere of the 4 Romero zombie movies, giving the player an overwhelming sense of dread, isolation, and despair. Moving from place to place looking for a safe haven and maybe, some supples. Being a huge fan of his movies, I knew what to expect and what not...
